The following terms and conditions govern your Account and use of Services with AI Stellar Hub.

Your contract and account are with AI Stellar Hub, owned and operated by Stellar Hub, an Australian-based business.

Plan Pricing

Your subscription includes a monthly plan fee as disclosed at the time of purchase, plus a one-time setup fee where applicable.

Consumables costs (e.g., additional usage of CRM emails, SMS integrations, third-party tool integrations, etc., if applicable) may also apply, as detailed on our pricing page:

Terms of Service Agreement

By signing up for or using AI Stellar Hub services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms by posting updates on our websites. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

User Agreement

When signing up for an account, you acknowledge and agree that:

Our software is under continuous development and improvement.We cannot guarantee the software will be free from unexpected errors. Stellar Hub is not obligated to develop or implement any feature requests. A basic onboarding session (up to 60 minutes) may be offered, focusing on connecting your account with payment platforms and introducing key features.

Full setup, migration, advanced customizations, or extended onboarding are separately chargeable services. You are responsible for maintaining and backing up your data. You can cancel at any time (with conditions outlined below), but transferring your account/data elsewhere may incur additional fees.Additional fees apply if your usage exceeds your plan’s included limits (see pricing page).

Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all content uploaded to your account.

Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Account Activation

The individual signing up is considered the Account Owner. If you are registering on behalf of a business, your business is the Account Owner and you confirm you have authority to bind the business.

General Conditions

You agree to:

Not use AI Stellar Hub services for any unlawful activities. Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit the service without permission. Not misuse our services or interfere with operations. Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Sensitive information like credit card data must be transmitted securely. We are not responsible for unencrypted transmission over networks.

AI Stellar Hub Rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or terminate services without notice. Refuse service to anyone for any reason. Remove content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.Limit or suspend accounts for abuse or violation of policies. Resolve account ownership disputes at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Loss of profits.

Service interruptions.

Data loss or business disruptions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the previous 30 days.

Waiver and Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Stellar Hub.

Intellectual Property and Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading, you grant AI Stellar Hub the right to:

Display and store your content.

Review your content for compliance.

Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

We respect your Confidential Information and will not disclose it except as required by law or your consent.

Payment of Fees

All prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD), as AI Stellar Hub operates as a global platform.

Subscription payments are automatically charged to your saved payment method.

Invoices must be disputed within 14 days if there is an error.

Stellar Hub does not offer refunds.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by submitting a cancellation request to [email protected].

Upon cancellation, all content and data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

If you wish to transfer your account data to another platform, a one-time transfer fee of $1,000 USD applies.

Alternatively, you may appoint a technical professional of your choice to complete the transfer.

Once a transfer request is made, you have seven (7) days to complete the migration to another platform. After this period, your account and all associated data will be deleted.

Modifications to Service and Pricing

Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Users who join prior to December 31, 2025, will retain their original pricing unless they cancel or pause their accounts.

We may update third-party service pricing (e.g., email credits) with 24 hours' notice.

Third-Party Services

Optional third-party tools may be offered. These are used at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Support

Complimentary support covers troubleshooting platform-related bugs.

Paid services cover setup, migration, customization, and advanced support.

Legal Matters

Any disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
